Q. So. what do you guys do, exactly?
A. We provide a quick, easy hassle-free way for you to sell your vehicle!
Q. Can you give me a price over the phone?
A. No, as our buyers need to see the vehicle. Please call to make an appointment, however.
Q. Can I bring my car to you?
A. Yes! Just stop on by!
Q. Do you price match?
A. Better than that, WE WILL BEAT competitor's* bids by $300! That's right, bring in your current printed competitor's* appraisal with your vehicle.
*Appraisals must be a written offer to purchase in cash within in 30 days and from a legitimate automotive dealer business within 50 miles.
Q. What do you guys typically pay for a car?
A. We use state-of-the art methods to calculate the wholesale value which we will offer for a vehicle. It is based on a combination of factors, including mileage, auction histories on similar vehicles, street value, and individual vehicle condition.
Q. What years of cars do you buy?
A. We prefer to buy '85 and newer, but talk to us about your vehicle and if we can make the numbers work, we'll buy your car.
Q. I paid thousands for customizing my vehicle. Do you take this into account?
Each case is different, so we'd like to discuss. Sometimes a well-customized car is of more value to us, but please do not be offended if we can't offer you what you expect for your customized vehicle. It is not personal, but is purely based on what the market will support. Certain after-market accessories may not necessarily increase the vehicle's value, even if you paid a lot for the parts. In some cases they may decrease the value, based on what vehicle, what the accessory is, and how it was installed. Please call to see what we can offer you!
Q. Do you guys make house calls?
A. We have convenient locations to serve you, but under special circumstances we might come to look at a vehicle. Please call.
Q. Does your service cost money?
A. Typically it's free! Call for details.
Q. Is your service safe?
A. Yes, we are licensed, trained, insured professionals.
Q. Do I have to have a title to my vehicle when I sell it?
A. It's nice to have a title, but sometimes there are situations where people don't have the title. For example, there may be a balance owing on the car and the bank or financial institution is holding the title. Perhaps the title has been lost. Either way, during our conversation with you about your vehicle, we'll ask about your title and make the necessary arrangements.
Q. After we agree to buy, how long does it take for me to get my money?
A. Typically, if you have the title with you and the paperwork is in order with your vehicle, we'll pay you right on the spot.
Q. Do you guys buy cars that don't run?
A. Sometimes! Let us know the details.
Q. Do you tow cars that don't run, and is there a charge?
A. If we agree to buy, we tow away cars at no charge to you.
Q. What if I owe money on my car?
A. The title has to be clear. If we agree to buy the vehicle for less than you owe, you will need to make up the difference to your lienholder(s) before the title can be released.
Q. What if my car has a rebuilt/restored title?
A. We're not afraid of a car with a rebuilt/restored title. Of course, these cars carry a lower value than a car with a clean title. We'll just need to talk about it when we meet.
